We all need people who will give us feedback – that’s how we improve professionally. But unfortunately, says Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, there is one group of people who get almost no systematic feedback to help them do their jobs better – teachers. He says the coaching system we have in place today is putting America’s global leadership at risk.
