ARTISODES on WUCF TV features forensic sculpting

Posted by Jennifer Cook on

Winter Park’s Barry Anderson is one of the country’s leading figure makers, creating realistic skulls and makeup since 1984. This week on WUCF Artisodes, see Anderson’s art, which includes work on over 15 feature films.

“One of the things I started to specialized in, is working on where art and science combine,” said Anderson.

From movie sets to museum pieces, Barry uses wax, resin, silicone, latex and more to create life-like creations in what he calls forensic sculpting.

WUCF Artisodes airs each Thursday on WUCF TV at 8 p.m.
