ARTISODES on WUCF TV puts photography in the hands of Central Florida

Posted by Jennifer Cook on

Meet a Central Florida artist who invites the community to be the photographer.  Elizabeth Kruckemyer places disposable cameras all around Central Florida in hopes to see the community through a different viewpoint.

“I feel like everyone in our community, they have different experiences, but we all live in the same place,” said Kruckemyer.  “It’s just an interesting way to get a look into other peoples lives and see how they experience the city, and what their favorite things are, or favorite place is.”

See some of the amazing photos taken around Central Florida in this week’s Artisodes.

WUCF’s Artisodes airs each Thursday on WUCF TV at 8 p.m.

About WUCF Artisodes

WUCF TV’s Artisodes is a collaborative effort of a group of innovative large market PBS stations to launch the “Major Market Group Arts Initiative.” This collaboration allows PBS stations like WUCF to share their local arts and culture features with one another. The weekly series features a myriad of performing and visual arts and cultural experiences both locally and nationally, allowing Central Florida’s arts and culture institutions to get their stories out to a national audience.
