Sharpen Cooking Skills with Cook’s Country and America’s Test Kitchen Hosts During Orlando Visit

Last Updated by Jennifer Cook on

Join WUCF for a dynamic demonstration and conversation with Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster, co hosts of Cook’s Country and America’s Test Kitchen, moderated by Jim Colbert of PrimeTime Kitchen as heard on Real Radio 104.1. These series are two of the most popular cooking shows on PBS.

Bridget and Julia will reveal the behind the scenes workings of the busy test kitchen where they work with over 50 cooks to develop and refine recipes, test kitchen equipment and put supermarket ingredients to the test. Learn the secrets to success in the kitchen, including working with knives, and get your questions answered by Bridget and Julia.

“Orlando is turning into such a foodie town, and we are excited to connect with the fans and people who connect with all the food programs WUCF has to offer,” said WUCF Executive Director Dr. Phil Hoffman. “WUCF is proud to join great partners to make this event fun and educational for students and viewers alike.”

The event is free and is being held in partnership with UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

Guests can upgrade to a VIP package that includes a meet-and-greet with Bridget and Julia. For more information visit wucftv.org/events.
